Proposed development
GHD Limited c/o. Christian Jattan has submitted applications on behalf of Lack Realty Appraisers and Consultants Inc. for a Zoning By-law Amendment and Draft Plan of Subdivision at 2658 Concession Road 3 in Bowmanville.
The proposal conforms to Clarington’s Official Plan for this area and seeks to permit the development of 11 front-loaded townhouse units and 12 dual frontage townhouse units for a total of 23 residential units to be accessed by a private laneway.
The total site area is 0.49 hectares (1.21 acres) in size.

If you are attending in person, you do not need to pre-register as a delegate to speak at the meeting.

In accordance with Section 34(19) of the Planning Act, an appeal may only be filed by the applicant, the registered owner, Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing, or a specified person or public body that has interest in the matter.
If a person or public body would otherwise have an ability to appeal the decision of the Municipality of Clarington to the Ontario Land Tribunal but the person or public body does not make oral submissions at a public meeting or make written submissions to the Municipality of Clarington before the proposed official plan amendment is adopted, the person or public body is not entitled to appeal the decision.
If a person or public body does not make oral submissions at a public meeting or make written submissions to the Municipality of Clarington before the proposed official plan amendment is adopted, the person or public body may not be added as a party to the hearing of an appeal before the Ontario Land Tribunal unless, in the opinion of the Tribunal, there are reasonable grounds to add the person or public body as a party.
